3. Return Process

Once approved, you will be provided with a return authorization and instructions.

For damage claims, we may arrange a courier pick-up or ask you to send the item back.

Please keep the product in its original packaging and attach the return authorization if required.
4. Refund Method & Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Option

If you prefer, we can send you a replacement pillow instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Replacement items will be shipped at no extra cost.
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage during delivery, we will cover or refund the return shipping cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are not damaged, used beyond inspection, or missing required proof of damage may not be eligible for a refund.
